Bodyscapes is my newest series as an appreciation for all bodies, and all people. I fell in love with these little glass frames I bought years ago knowing that one day they would be perfect for a new series. I have now been collecting clear frames for many years with the idea of painting snipits of people on them and having smaller studies. This series is for my experimentation with smaller paintings and painting on glass, which is new to me. My other two series have a lot of meaning and thought behind them and this is where everything else lies. These are my paintings before my thoughts have fully formed and where they may become an inspiration for bigger paintings or future projects. These are metaphorical pages from my sketchbook.
